Established in 2020, Wipeout kitchen is the brain child of Friends Richard Cathro and Jackson Lindquist, who wanted to find a way to enjoy the beach life after the pandemic while working on what they love – making the best food they can, day in and day out.
Richard and Jackson both have professional cookery backgrounds and love the freedom and creativity of the food trailer.
The whole idea behind Wipeout Kitchen is striving to give everyone who drops by the food truck the best food experience possible. This to us means tasty food, a fun atmosphere and friendly service. Come on by and see what we have to offer – you won’t be disappointed.
